Hercules has extensive experience in the manufacture of new ROTOL propeller hub shells for Spitfire and Hurricane aircraft. From forged block to final application of high-performance enamel paint systems.
Safety Critical Components
In addition to hubs, propeller drive centres and bearing housings are turned and milled. All machining carried out in-house with extensive investment in tooling and equipment.

We have an extensive archive of ROTOL drawings, manuals and documents to enable authentic material selection, processing, treatments and finishing.

Quality and Safety
Parts are manufactured and released for service with full traceability for material selection, processing and coating. We work with a select few trusted sub-contractors for anodising, nickel plating and chrome-plating.
